18 U.S.C. §2257 Record-Keeping Statement
Information about the site's current adult-content service model and the record-keeping responsibilities associated with third-party embedded material.
Adults only
The service is intended only for adults. Sexual material involving minors or persons presented as minors is prohibited.
Material made available through the service must be represented and treated as adult material involving persons who were at least 18 years old at the time the material was created.
Third-party embedded material
BigAssVault does not currently produce, commission or host the third-party video files displayed through external embedded players. Video listings may point to material supplied and controlled by independent external providers.
For third-party works, records required under 18 U.S.C. §§2257 and 2257A, where those laws apply, are maintained by the applicable original producer or other records custodian associated with the originating material.
The presence of a third-party player or listing on this site does not by itself mean that BigAssVault is the producer or records custodian for that underlying work.
Site-produced explicit material
BigAssVault does not currently publish explicit material produced or commissioned by the site itself.
If that service model changes, the applicable performer-verification and records-custodian requirements will be reviewed before such material is published, and this statement will be updated accordingly.
Reporting a concern
If you believe a listing, thumbnail, title or embedded work may involve an underage person, a person presented as a minor, or another serious record-keeping or legality concern, report the exact BigAssVault page URL through the Illegal / Prohibited Content category.
Do not download, copy, attach or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material when making a report.
Content removal
Copyright, consent, image-rights, privacy and other content-removal requests may also be submitted through the Content Removal process.
Because video files may remain under the control of independent external providers, removing a listing or embedded player from this site does not necessarily remove the underlying material from its original source.
