Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the site, including its video listings, embedded players, categories and related services.
1. Adult-only service
The service is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and must also meet any higher minimum age required by the law of the place from which you access the service.
You must not access the service where adult content is unlawful. Accepting the age gate does not override applicable local law.
2. Nature of the service
BigAssVault is an adult-oriented video discovery and viewing interface that may organize, describe and display videos delivered through third-party embedded players.
The site does not claim ownership of third-party video files merely because a listing, thumbnail or embedded player is presented through the service.
Third-party material may be changed, restricted, removed or made unavailable by its originating provider at any time. A listing or embedded player may also be disabled where legal, safety, rights, provider-policy or operational concerns arise.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
Illegal, exploitative and non-consensual sexual material is prohibited.
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18 or anyone presented as under 18 is prohibited.
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking and sexual exploitation are prohibited.
- Non-consensual sexual material, coercion, sexual violence and revenge pornography are prohibited.
- Bestiality and other unlawful or provider-prohibited sexual material are prohibited.
- Malware, credential theft, deceptive redirects, hacking and other security abuse are prohibited.
- Artificial impressions, automated ad interaction, fraudulent traffic and other manipulation of advertising or analytics systems are prohibited.
- The service must not be used to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
4. Accounts
Where account features are available, registered users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for activity performed through their accounts.
Account information must be accurate and must not be used to impersonate another person. Accounts may be restricted, suspended or closed where they are used for unlawful activity, security abuse, rights violations or material breaches of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property and content removal
The site respects intellectual-property, privacy, image, consent and other legal rights.
Rights holders and affected persons may submit a notice through the Content Removal process.
Because videos may originate from independent external providers, removing a listing or embedded player from this site does not necessarily remove the underlying source material from its originating provider.
6. Advertising and third parties
The service may display advertising supplied by approved third-party advertising partners when monetization integrations are enabled.
Advertising providers may use cookies, local storage, browser or device identifiers, pixels or web-beacon technologies where permitted by applicable law and the user's consent choices.
External video players, advertising services and other third-party integrations are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Availability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis.
Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and third-party players, listings, thumbnails or provider integrations may become unavailable without notice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from third-party content, third-party services, service interruptions or misuse of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated when the service, integrations or applicable requirements change.
